I am sorry that I am late my dear, but something came up. I’d made quite a mess of things and had to clean it up.
The jar of pickled eggs may have gone bad, that’s why there are beet stains all over my hands.
Crimson color is hard to wash away, but I promise these aren’t blood stains.
